PREPARE FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE:

– Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye cover (you will be laying on the ground you may consider bringing anything else you may need for comfort).

- Do not bring a sleeping bag that is made from a material that makes a lot of noise when moving around. Please do not bring camping air mattresses as these make a lot of sounds as well.

– Dress in layers so you are able to adjust your body temperature

- Bring a bottle of water

– Eat a full meal 1 hour before or a light snack if closer to the workshop start time

– Many like to bring Crystals and a bottle of drinking water to be cleared and amplified by the powerful tones produced by the crystal bowls

**** If you are sick or experiencing a chronic cough then we suggest that you wait until you are feeling better to attend a sound bath

— We regret that we cannot allow babies, pets, and young children that are unable to sit still through the whole session, thank you for your understanding

- Please note we do our best to start and end on time or within a few minutes. Please land at the studio during the arrival window and also allow a padding of time on the back end as we may finish slightly after our proposed ending time. No matter what, we promise a quality experience.

It is important during these challenging times to stay committed to our meditation and wellness regimens.

-- When purchasing a ticket, you declare that you do not have any symptoms of COVID currently or in the past seven days nor have been exposed to someone who has tested positive within the last 10 days.

-- We are not requiring attendees to wear masks nor to be vaccinated.

-- We understand that everyone has a unique comfort level, if you are called to wear a mask during the event, please do so as there is no judgement amongst our community.

-- Due to the nature of this unique event, there are no ticket refunds within 48 hours of our session, Tuesday night at 8pm is the deadline for reimbursement.

ABOUT US:

--- Michelle Berc is the founder of Sonic Being and has been sharing Sound Healing across Southern California for close to fifteen years. She is certified in Sound Healing, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Breathwork, and is a HeartMath Practitioner. Her sessions range from privates to group sound baths and breathwork classes along with participating in corporate wellness programs, festivals, and celebrity gatherings. She also performs large sound meditation experiences with a full team and special guest musicians. Michelle Launched the Sonic Being Sound Healing Training Program in late 2018 and has successfully passed along her knowledge of sound and vibrational healing over the last few years. Michelle's former background includes being the founder and curator of the Create:Fixate Foundation, a nonprofit arts organization dedicated to supporting emerging artists and musicians for close to 15 years through festive art and music events. Exploring and understanding human energy through art and music has been a passion of Michelle’s since her childhood

--- Brigita Slekys has been practicing Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for 20 years, focusing lately on mental health, fertility support, anxiety, and managing pain and stress.  

Sharing the space with Michelle, Acupuncture can calm down the nervous system, decrease pain and tension, and promote full integration of our yin and yang; to feel whole, grounded, and peaceful.
